There were many vendors in the Ripon Area to service the HVAC needs that I had for the 96 year old home I purchased in 2009. I was looking to replace an oil fed radiator heating system and discuss with the local vendors solutions on how to heat/cool a 2800 sq.ft house. AirTech Heating proposed the best solution and most cost-effective at the time (and they were not in Ripon but Fond du Lac). They are now a great resource to have locally 10 years later. Usually their maintance plan covers service to your furnance and AC units; however, in my situation, I have 2 furnaces (one in the basement supplying the first floor, and one in the attic supplying the second floor) and 2 AC units supplying each floor as well. The furnace in the basement is 95% efficient, while the attic one is 98% efficient. The furnace blower in the basement has been changed out twice in 10 years, and only minor maintance to the attic furnace. This year was the first year in 10 years that I needed a tech out to add some pounds of Puron into my AC Units. Otherwise, I have been very happy with AirTech Heating and the \Bryant\ Brand that is supplying heat and AC for our home. I would highly recommend this company and the products they provide. On a side note, the techs initially worked with my back in 2009-10 to also install all new duct work for the supply of the forced air units and the returns too.

From request for a service call, through diagnostic visit, providing an estimate of time and cost, through scheduling and final installation, I was kept fully informed, had my questions answered fully and with the authority of one who is intimately familiar with the product and process. The price was fair, the work was done more rapidly than I expected and clean up was effected beyond my expectations. I was pleased with the people who came, the office personnel who handled my calls and contacts and the work that was performed. The new boiler has been working beautifully ever since installation.
