Xarcuter Mullol - I visited yesterday - is a fourth-generation pork butcher (the current owner's great-grandfather started the business in 1917.) The pork is locally sourced, and is turned into a huge range of pork products - try his "pa de fetge" (pork liver paté, Pyrenean style) which is excellent and one of five different varieties of traditional paté that he makes. His cured ham - Mullol use a specific curing technique - is also excellent - more moist and less salty than the commercial varieties.

Solo escribo para que modifiquen los horarios que tienen el la web, hoy sabado pone de 9:00-21:00. Con lo que me apetecía un poco de carne a la brasa. Pero volveremos. Las 5 estrellas cuando pruebe los productos, por lo visto son exquisitos.
Molt bon tracte i alimentació exquisida. Per molts anys. A seguir així. Del tot recomanable.
