The gentleman that served us was polite and welcoming. Purchased a pair of mens clarks slippers in their closing down sale. Great value and sorry to see the shop is closing.
Amazing. So sad we are going to lose a real friendly store. Going to miss the friendly faces and wonderful stock
Fabulous shop in Ripley - quality products and fantastic service from staff. However; I was witness to a Senior male member of staff belittling one of the female members of staff in front of customers. I felt somewhat embarrassed by the situation. Maybe there’s an underlying culture of bullying and harassment towards certain members of staff; clearly unacceptable in today’s era of values and behaviours.
Sales assistant so helpful and patient, even though it was her break time x
