Very good catalogue and helpful office staff. Had to wait for product as tailor - made, but delivered and installed exactly as promised. Have seen cheaper products on web but comparing reviews of them, this seems better made and certainly better assembled. Would happily recommend them to others.

Dreadful customer service, as admitted by the manager. Painful experience from start to finish.The only positive was the guys that delivered the shed were great. Shame that the panels don't match and that there are 14mm gaps at the front......Apparently they have lost staff which means they're struggling. I'd avoid like the plague if I were you.

Tried the internet with best prices but with aweful quality & dreadful service. I had to send it back. buying local with better service & advice is the way. Titan I found friendly wanting the best for my need. the shed was excellent & I am told will last 25 years with the pressure treatment. Fully satisfied.They have been at it for 60 years so they should have got it by now. Yes a recommend.

**BEWARE** Fraudulent business! I spoke with the manager about the log cabins available and he assured me the are Scandanavian Pine (top quality) but he then went on to tell me that they are machined in Lithuania - which is slightly bizarre. Later that week I contacted them via email requesting to see any documents to validate that they are made out of Scandinavian Pine as advertised, but my question wasn't addressed but reponded with 'I will have a look, but in the mean time come and have another look at the log cabins.' I then replied within the next couple of days asking whether he had found the relevant documents, but he never replied. I believe these log cabins are in fact are made out of Lithuanian Pine (cheap/poor quality pine) which would make sense in why they are machined in Lithuania as well! *FRAUDULENT BUISNESS**
