I was ‘forced' to visit Selecta Tyre (Ripley) over the weekend due to having a flat tyre. It was a Sunday so there weren't many places open but thankfully Selecta Tyre were and the team there were on hand to save the day! When I arrived the service I received was excellent. Not only were they open on a Sunday, but the staff were friendly, smiley and upbeat. I was served by Ian, who went out his way to make the whole experience super quick and super easy. The moment I rocked up, he greeted me with a cheery hello and in no time, had identified the best value for money tyre option for me, had the car up on jacks and had the new tyre on! The whole process took about 20mins - very fast, very efficient - I was impressed! It may only have been a brief encounter for a small repair job, but it gave me insight into the high quality of service level Ian and his team offer. If I’m ever ‘focused’ to return to a garage Ian would definitely be my go to man! And of course, it goes without saying I would be more than happy to recommend Selecta Tyre at Ripley next time you too find yourself in a bit of a bind. Thanks Ian & Co. - you guys are awesome, keep up the good work!
I popped in to selecta tyre as I had an awful vibration on my car. They quickly got it in and did a full free balance and tracking check to which is where they found the issue they soon put it correct for me and the car drives like brand new. I couldn't believe it the price was very good and the service was great I'll be back next time in need something. Well done guys highly recommended
