Service is so slow it’s actually unreal. Food/drink is fine when it actually arrives but nothing special. Not worth the 25 mins it took to get a hot chocolate (queue was only 8 people!!!)

Friendly service and great tasting ice cream. Shame they don't seem to do the special flavoured soft serve like their Ripley counterparts but the vanilla is delicious all the same.
The only reason for coming here is its location. Very slow service despite 3 staff working and only drinks being ordered, food is low quality with a limited selection, coffee was bad although they did have a non dairy option. Someone was even complaining about their drink as I was ordering. Had been a couple of years ago and wasn't impressed then so won't be bothering again.
As good as could be expected with restrictions and distancing. Coffee was good though.
