VERY GOOD MEAL AT LUNCHTIME ON A 2 FOR 12 DEAL. THOUGHT THE PORTIONS WOULD BE SMALL FOR THIS PRICE BUT HIGHLY SURPRISED WITH QUANTITY. CAME PIPING HOT AND WAS DELICIOUS. HOME MADE PIE.

Great food, friendly staff. Atmosphere lacking only due to the lack of people there. Its such a shame as it is a lovely, very clean pub. We will be back again soon
Went to spend Christmas present vouchers today as it was our wedding anniversary . The staff were friendly and the food was definately 10 out of 10 husband said it was the best mixed grill he had ever had my gammon was lovely and everything was red hot and presented beautifully . The desserts were also good husband had syrup sponge and I had the special which was ginger roulade with ice cream something delightfully different . Well done to all the staff will definately go there again

In these current times the focus of reviews inevitably lean towards how safe was the experience rather than the food. Some waiting staff observed social distancing, others did not, sadly more did not than did. The food was great by the way.
