Just recently went in to send off a UPS package & the cash register attendant was super rude, acted like she didn’t even want to wait on me. I had everything I just needed a tape gun to seal up the box & tape my slip on top of the box. I asked if they had a way to tape the box up for me & she just shook her head no! She didn’t offer to say if they sold tape guns or anything. I could of went & checked myself but if you’re going to be rude & not try to help me then I will not use my hard earned money in your store!

Literally they just needed to put a prescription sticker on a box--the window attendant confirmed-- and they couldn't do it and told me to come back later. When I was inside, their computers failed and they told people to go through drive thru. Honestly, if you can go anywhere else it'll be faster. I'm moving my prescriptions to another business. CVS corporate needs to invest more money in their stores. I've had issues with their being able to fulfill an order by the time they gave me the last 3 times.
Recently went through the drive thru to pick up a few items and before I could complete my sentence was told I would have to wait a minute and had the window shut in my face. After a couple minutes she returned with another lady and they stood there as the pharmacist complained of being overwhelmed and acted as if my order was a huge inconvenience. I understand being short handed but I think they have forgotten our purchases are the reason they have a job. I will never return to CVS again.
The pharmacy manager is very rude to customers. They also can not count. Two times I have had to make a second trip back to the pharmacy because they shorted my mothers prescription. I wish ripley would get a Walgreens because I would have mothers prescriptions transferred.
This pharmacy and the people who work there don't even know what insurance they accept. I was told they did not accept Tri - West insurance repeatedly. I made several calls to the pharmacy try to convince them. Only after a Veteran's Advocate called the pharmacy on my behalf was I finally able to fill the prescriptions. CVS unless personally owned is part of The Mission act that allows Veterans to receive urgent care medication at their pharmacy until the Veteran can receive medication sent by mail from a VA facility. This morning I picked up the prescriptions with not so much as a thank you sorry about the confusion sorry about how we treated you nothing. During one of my calls yesterday I heard the phone switch to speaker phone I'm sure so they could all laugh in silence together. The Veteran's Advocate made a formal complaint with the corporate office and I hope this never happens to another Veteran or person period.
