Always helpful if you can't find something. If you need advice, pharmacists are always there. Place always itself is clean and tidy.

Large queues due to not enough staff. If you need to use the pharmacy you will be waiting ages. Every now and again a member of staff will have to go upstairs to get something for a customer, leaving everyone waiting until they come back. There's no one to cover for them while they are gone. Companies like Boots only care about shareholder profit so staff numbers are cut to an absolute minimum. I only go there nowadays if I absolutely have to.
Unfortunately, I don't choose to visit this particular branch of boots unless I need to. The prescription staff can be very abrupt and rather unfriendly. I witnessed them speaking to a customer with additional needs and I was taken aback. Things are difficult at the moment but I thought it was unnecessary. I was happy to get my prescription and leave.
NO STAFF, NO ORGANISATION, NO POINT, AVOID!!!. The staff have no clue about the products and even do not know where to advise me (the customer) which aisle to find stock. That is if you can find a member of staff. My opinion, The Ripley Boots will close within the next 12 months, it has been starved of staff and good staff. Oct 2020. Will be closed by Nov 2021
Very poor service having to wait an hour for prescription about time they got staff in what no what they doing it used to be a good chemist
