This is the best place to do \exploration\ within \exploitation\! That's basically how we decide on a restaurant, we choose whether we want to try a new spot or go to one we know we like. And Rioja gives you both experiences! The chef is brilliant, beautifully mixes unexpected but compatible ingredients and flavors. Everything (even what may seem like classical recipes) is more elaborate. There were new items on the menu since last time we came, which is exciting. Our favorites this time where: * The Sausage Stuffed Quail * The Ricotta Gnocchi * The drinks, the Solstice Sunrise, * And another that's escaping me (made out of gin and cherry). The ambiance and service are also wonderful! A keeper, we'll come back again.

A very comfortable Valentine's Day brunch. Tasty menu. Excellent service and the kitchen did a fine job. Obviously there are reasons to come back. More dessert choices and the wine list, to say the least.

Excellent food, nice atmosphere. The drinks were very exotic with unique flavors. Food was very good. Try the coquito! Recommended.

We are foodies and this is our favorite restaurant in Colorado. Period! We always leave full and a gleaming smile across our faces. The food is to die for. We have come in so many times! Thank you for having us and one day we would love to meet Jen and the executive chef! Bistro Ven dome is one of our other most loved restaurants.

Just had one of the most amazing meals I’ve ever had! My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed the Valentine’s course dinner. Every plate was absolutely fantastic. Perfectly executed and presented. Service was top notch, seamless and efficient. Well done all around!
