Worst customer service ever , no quality control, no fallow up and not responsive I bought very expensive items Sofa was done in wrong color not as requested on written and confirmed order Dining table damaged and no customer service , no fallow up dining table not safe to use It has been over 3 years now With 3 different heads of customer service in 3 years Not sure if they leave the company or they get fired for doing a really poor job servicing Their clients Now I paid lots of money upfront and have wrong color sofa and a damaged dining table That is not safe to use I even reached out to owner And was told that Customer service will take care of me What a joke Do not buy from this company save your money go some where else I am a USA resident and had to pay in full in advance so now I am out of money and have Bad and damaged products So I had to share Do not do business with this groups You will be sorry if you do ,
