Always good sale prices and when you in a hurry the food is ready to go. Don't have to wait in line forever. Next time I'll know that you can order online n just pickup also. Loved the service. jose

Pick-up order was ready promptly at my pick up time, they did forget my drink though. Customer service was not my cup of tea. The food was great, but they need to work on courtesy to all customers. I won't be returning to this location any time soon.
Love the Popcorn Chicken and Chicken Pot Pie. Also, their fries are delicious too!
Fast service, great chicken dinners, and reasonable prices. I drop in occasionally because I think their chicken breasts are by far the tastiest chickens around.
Food usually not bad but getting the order correct, I'm sorry that's going to take like an act of God. I live in Rio rancho so I use this KFC. Every week or two will get something the order is never correct it's kind of sad cuz it is KFC and it does taste good but can't get the order right. And when you call back they try to give you something free or I don't want free I could care less. I just want to pay for it and to be happy eating it not to go look for a biscuit and it's not thereor instead of having a breast and a leg I've got a thigh and wing or whatever the case maybe it's very frustrating. So now if I'm lucky I'll go there maybe once every two or three months because I never can get an order right and I keep hoping they will.
