Owner Arron has a problem with privacy and displaying personal identification. Individual arrived at my home with no identification, no markings on his truck of any kind. States he rang the door bell but my dogs alerted me to his presence, no door bell rang. Individual peered thru my front door window pressing his nose against the window, without any notification and a long black handled screw driver in hand. Looked as if he was a criminal,possibly a burglar casing a house. I opened he door immediately, he jumped back as if startled when finding someone at home. Explained to him calmly, "this is not appropriate behavior and he could have gotten shot based upon his personal actions." He became very defensive and verbally abusive stating, "he rang the door bell and I wasn't going to tell him differently." He never introduced himself, provided any ID or verbal recognition but continued to argue an be abusive. I quickly defused the situation and asked the individual to leave the premisses. I also pointed out a no trespassing sign posted in the front yard. As I walked him to the curb, he continued to be verbally abusive and in front of a Concept One home inspector I specifically asked him, " if he was threatening me? " He replied an emphatic, "yes I'm threatening you!" At this point, I again informed him he was trespassing, as he stopped in the middle of the drive way to confront me directly. I told him again to leave the property and that I was going to call the Rio Rancho Police and file charges against him. He departed the property quite rapidly upon this notification. The Concept One Inspector was as shock as I, with his behavior and lack of identification. I'm not advising anyone, not to utilize this companies services but to be aware of the owners attitude, obvious lack of customer service skills and negligent behavior as a matter of record. Be forewarned!!
