They have the most rude window workers. Called to ask a question in the most polite way and answered annoyed, raised voice, and wanted to hang up right away. The question was that if I could give her my date of birth to see if my insurance would go through/ was active. I was ok with a nice simple no and she was interrupting me before I even finished asking.

Not only a pediatricians office, there is ONE waiting room for all patients. Sick, elderly, and children. Made me uncomfortable when I took my newborn for just shots that everyone was coughing. Also, I ordered a vaccine card. Paid for it, and I STILL have not gotten a call back to pick it up. They told me they would call me by the end of today and never did. Hated this place. Glad I changed pediatric offices.

Lack of communication between doctors and staff.. drove half and hour for a supposed appointed only to be told the physician assistant on call does do the exams I need, even though doctor had said otherwise couple days before.
