I have always taken my kids here and the PAs are awesome! However, this morning I did not like something that one of the ladies at the front did. First, the hours listed online are wrong and for this reason I was an hour early. I got off my car at 5 minutes til 9 am and went inside. The lady made me go back outside in the cold with my sick baby saying I could not go in until it was exactly 9:00. I don’t see what the problem would have been if I waited inside for 5 minutes. This is the purpose of a waiting area after all. I think her behavior was unprofessional and also mean for no reason. If you do not want anyone going in, lock the door.

When the one in Escorbares is closed, I take my daughter to this clinic! The wait is a bit long, but it is worth it! The PAs are super helpful and nice. They take their time to check the patient and give the right medication. I would totally recommend 10/10!!!

everytime I swear there this lady in the front named Alicia and always a bad experience with her . bad attitude . no help at all in anything's mo de si de hace la pendeja o si esta enserio que coraje . ya buscando otro DR. anybody tht can recommend a better service in rio grande city friendly , tht they actually care about there patients thanks in advance.

Waiting area timing was okay. Pediatricians took almost 2 hrs to come and see my kids. When I asked the pediatrician if there was more patients in before us she just ignored me and talked to the other employee. First time this place has had worst service maybe it is the new pediatricians on staff. But bad decision on hire of this pediatrician

They usually never have vaccines for private insurance only Medicaid not cool!!!!!
