I have ordered a wine that turned out to be out of stock. Needless to say that such situation generates so much waiste of time for both vendor and the client. So, inventory management and the data quality need some improvement. I sent my IBAN and asked how many days it takes for refund, but had no answer. Another point here to improve the communication with clients. The refund came 10 days later. It is not too bad, but in Portugal it takes one working day between different banks. Once again, could have been a much better experience.

I ordered wine. The company failed to deliver it due to courier issues. This was in July, despite asking five or six times they have not refunded the money that I paid. Please can somebody from the company pay me that money back.

Possivelmente tive azar, mas correu tudo mal. Acredito que o grande volume da época festiva não tenha ajudado, mas não deve ser desculpa. Eu pessoalmente não ficarei cliente.
