The help and support which these guys have provided is amazing. From email exchanges around exploring options and pros and cons of each model, through to the ordering and delivery and after sales process. It has all been a very positive, pleasant and they are easy to do business with. We have recently had the piano tuned and it sounds amazing, I am so pleased with it I do not have the words to describe it. Even the piano tuning experience was simple to arrange and very positive.
