Good gym that is well laid out with plenty of equipment. Staff always helpful if you need advice. Attached pool is usually busy but everytime I have visited there have been lanes across the whole pool so getting to swim lengths has always been possible.

Clean, great staff and very good facilities. Good value. Changing rooms are small and a tad hot but that is my only criticism.
I am visiting the south coast from the north west, so this was purely a chance visit to Ringwood for an early morning swim and sauna as I was passing through. Since visiting I've read the other reviews about the size and capacity of the changing rooms and I can imagine it is probably a little small when busy, but I have given 5 stars as I think the attitude of the staff and their customer service was fantastic, and they should all be commended. Every member of Ringwood/NFDC staff I saw (including the handymen working on some repairs in a corridor) were polite, smiled at me, and said good morning. The facilities were all clean and well presented, even down to the signage and amenities like vending machines etc. and the staff checked the sauna extremely frequently whilst I was in there, completing the log on the wall, so I had absolutely no safety concerns. I really enjoyed my visit, it was very reasonably priced and as a non-member and new visitor everything was clearly explained to me with a smile. Thank you :)
Gym is OK, nothing special. Pool is good, but needs more changing space. Steamroom smells nasty 9 times out of 10. App for checking swim times etc has now been rendered pretty much useless too.
