Beautiful, massive country park with a wide variety of environments and things to explore. They've managed to keep everything safe with Covid and so some places are closed or changed. But the beauty of the park makes it worth the parking charges.

Amazing place, so much to do for kids and adults. Great cycle hire and amazing play trail. Woods are lovely with a lake and various trails / area. Cafe serves really good food as well. Overall a really great experience - we regularly go back and will continue to !

A stunning country park with lots to do for all ages. We came to this park for the Go Ape (see other review) but then walked the dog through the park. You have to pay to park in this country park, but it is well worth it and that money goes towards maintaining the park so it is worth every penny. The park has fun kids trails, mountain biking and interesting sculptures. Some of activities on the activity trail are shut at the time of writing due to covid restrictions because they can't enact social distancing on them. There is still a lot to do however and it didn't detract from our fun experience. There is ample parking and facilitates such as toilets. Don't forget to pay for parking at the centre before heading out to the exit, the barriers are number plate recognition and automatic, so if you forget you have to drive all the way back to pay. The park is dog friendly, just watch out for mountain bike trail and keep your dog on a lead near those. There is a really cool long narrow bridge called the lookout which is fun and different, I recommend trying to walk over that. We took our dog over it and he was fine on it. Enjoy!

Went into the forest looking for mushrooms, you can walk for miles and miles here great for dog walkers, and general exercise nice and flat plenty of fresh air shame the weather wasn't on my side. But a wonderful experience anyway. See my photos.
