It all seemed fine, until me and my girlfriend ordered a burger and got home to see what was inside of it. Or should I say the missing piece. There was no beef in both our bugers. We called Sunset, and explained. They told us if you want your money back you have to come today othervise we can give you new burgers another day. I toke option A, a drove back to Sunset. After another explaination we had the understadning that, we would get our money back for one Menu and A new menu with a beef inside. We got our money back for the one menu and drove to the next window and waited for the new burger with beef inside of it. after 10-15mins- a man rolled the window up and said did you ordered something? We told him everything and demanded no more wait and let's get our money back for the second menu also. We got the name of the one taking the order and the one who was making the wrong food. I would just add that we were the only customers when we first ordered and same thing when we got our money back. Sunset is a joke, they \chef\ was a 16years old called Aia who fogot the beefs. and the rude lady was called Nadia - this was the Sunset at Ringsted - ringstedet.

Service good, food good and the establishment was very clean.
The sandwiches are generally decent, however could be warmer. Furthermore their new fries aren't prepared properly and taste raw/uncooked
Nice menu but they didnt understand Swedish or English and we got very Black fries, but the rest of the food was very fresh. The tables was a bit dirty.
