We had the same problem as it was described in the previous comment. All together with the family we came on april 18th to the shop to buy a new pair of shoes for our child. A strong, tall, blond lady (should be the same) told us that there are only models exposed on shelves till size 24 ... And she turned her back and the conversation was over. We were confused gently speaking. I tried to search on my own which wasn't easy. Luckily I saw an employee who came to us and the situation went better. His name was Stefan , he explained to us that I can describe the shoes I need, even colour preferences etc. As they have a storage with planty of models which are not disposed , so he will go and see what they have in our size. The same shop - different approach to work. Stefan was very kind, what is more he took care not only of us, but also he helped another client. It was seen that he wanted to help. The shoes have been chosen for me as well. Finally we bought 3 pairs! But only thanks to kindnesse and Stefan's professional attitude.

Hello, we went with my family yesterday to this shop and we were received at the shop by a sales assistant, a very tall and blond lady, long hair. She was from the first moment very rude with us, without any reasons we were very surprised because we normally are well received at this shop and this is one of the reasons why we go back everytime. We were buying shoes for my little son so we told her we need number 29. Her response was "I don't have any in that number sorry" with an angry face and an accelerate birthing. We were impressed she did not want us in the shop but we haven't done anything wrong so it was very difficult for us to understand her attitude. We couldn't understand anything, and she was more rude every moment after. So we decided to have a look and there were many shoes in 29 for my son but he got very scared for the attitude of this women so he didn't want to be there anymore. She said that Ecco didn't have any shoes that could fit his feet because they are wide, but they had plenty of shoes that fitted him. It was a very stressful and sad moment. After we went to Name It and an other shoes shop for my son and they were so friendly and helpful, that my sweet son forgot for a little time the bad situación at Ecco Ringsted outlet.
