Still rude folks. Very condescending. They give attitude every time a coupon is presented. My daughter went there with a current promotion for "!.49 refills with a special travel mug, when the coupon was presented, the guy said, "No Coupons! No Coupons!" How bizarre. This is not just one employee, it is the attitude of the store. We went to the DD in Flemington, NJ on the Circle got the cup, no questions no attitude. You do what you want, I will avoid this place.

EXTREMELY SLOW SERVICE!
Coffee is great as usual, but the restaurant smells like old mop. The floor and counters were dirty. I wanted an iced latte but the cashier told me it wasn't available bc of something with the machine. I ordered an extra large coffee instead. I asked for a small empty cup but was told it's only available at an extra charge.... An extra charge for an empty paper cup??? Smh
I agree with many of those that had a HORRIBLE experience at this location. I stopped in today and order medium peach iced tea and LARGE cold brew iced coffee black. What I received was medium iced tea (no peach flavor what so ever) and MEDIUM iced coffee (wrong size). So I told the staff I ordered large and his response was that he charged me for medium. I then advised the staff he isn't understanding what I am saying as I had ordered a large iced coffee and which I am willing to pay for. He then walked away as he said well I charged you for medium. They are unbelievably unprofessional and RUDE at the location and would NOT recommend this store to anyone. My visit was that bad I will be making an effort to contact Corp office to file a complaint. Also my wrong size iced coffee was the SAME color as the unflavored iced tea. How can the iced coffee be the same color at the iced tea especially when they are promoting "cold brew" that should be even darker (I'll try to post the photo of the two drinks that are the same color). BESIDES the rudeness, this location is NOT clean and need a deep cleaning. There were several flies that were pestering me while I was waiting to place my order and there was a fly on the wall near the donuts which I could not stop looking at. It made me feel very dirty standing there to place my order. Maybe that should have been the point when I should have walked out to save me from this HORRIBLE experience. This is a great example of a franchise that is not meeting the basic standard. I will definitely not be coming back to this location. I recommend to keep driving down the road as there is a Starbucks, WAWA, or other better coffee stop.

I have not had the issues others have commented on. My donuts were fresh, and the service was fast. Good place for a quick donut and a fill-up.
Bagel guy dropped my bagel on the floor, thought I didn't see him and proceeded to put cream cheese on it. This happened two weeks after the first act of repulsion where the guy cleaning with the mop used his mop hands/gloves to grab my bagel off the shelf. Somebody call the health board already
Stale donuts and poor service. I went on two separate occasions hoping the first experience was a fluke but unfortunately it was not. I submitted my comments about this restaurant to DD Costumer Service and I encourage others to do the same. There's no reason why we should put up with this.
