My doctor sent a prescription to this pharmacy 1 week ago. I have looked at my online account and called several times and it didn't show up. Today, I recieved an automated call saying that there's a problem with my insurance. I had my doctor call it in 3 times. This has always been a good pharmacy. I have never had this kind of mixup.

Shopping here is always nice, friendly, clean, well stocked and organized store.

17 minutes on hold waiting for the pharmacy, ridiculous. Not to mention Publix prices are sometimes less than half of what Walgreens charges. Poor services and hiked up prices is what you can expect here. My entire family transferred all scripts to Publix yesterday️

I've had issues with them all year over a simple refill. They continue to fill my RX incorrectly even after I went in the store and spoke to the pharmacist. Im a patient person, but I think giving them 10 chances to correct their error is more than generous. I am taking my business elsewhere.

I’dbeen filling the same medication here for 4 or 5 years with no issue. My dr recently retired and I had to switch providers. The first time filling under new provider went smooth. However the last two times have been a nightmare. The pharmacist like to be difficult just bc they can I suppose. I understand they have people who try to abuse their prescriptions. However the fact that I’ve been a loyal customer for years and have never done that I don’t understand why they all of a sudden to decide to give me a hard time. They wouldn’t fill my prescriptions Friday until they spoke with my doctors office on Monday all bc the date wasn’t on the prescription. But I’ve filled it there every month for the last 5 years so they can clearly see it’s been 30 days since my last fill. Here it is Sunday evening and I haven’t had my blood pressure meds in a couple days and I’m feeling terrible. From now on I’ll go with a locallly owned/operated pharmacy who takes the time to get to know their customers and doesn’t use prejudicial practice against whoever the feel like being a**holes to on any given day. Do not use this pharmacy.
