So my wife and I are moving and have decided to go with a local vendor for our internet services because they offer much faster internet speed at the same price I’m paying for charter. Well let me tell you charter does not like that. I was on the phone with charter yesterday for an hour most of that being on hold, and talked to 4 different people to where I was finally BEGGING them to simply cut off my service. I asked them to schedule it to turn off the day we are moving (7/6/20) well I wake up today and our WiFi is off. Absolutely horrible customer service and service in general. Multiple times when they’ve been scheduled to come out to add tv they were either late or didn’t show. I’ve never had a pleasant customer service experience. Do not get charter. It isn’t worth the headache.

i have spectrum. IT IS AWFUL. I am supposed to get 100mbs a sec, but i don't even get that. at maximum i sometimes can reach 15mbs. If i could give it negative stars i would.
