NWGA Bank was awful, since the FirstBank merger it's gotten much better. I have no hidden fees ( like most of the idiots have said they have). Understand a bank will charge you fees when you let you account overdraw. I have had a FB account over 10 years, and I won't go anywhere else.

I have been banking at the Ringgold branch for about 15 years, since it was NWGA. All ataff have always been polite and professional. Any issues have always been quickly resolved.

I’ll be sitting in line at the drive through and people will arrive after me, at the adjacent tubes. They are then served before I am and are on their way while I wait. This has happened twice now, and I’m only putting in cash. I’m sure my account is on some type of list over there. Terrible service, you have been warned!
Horrible customer service! I called to ask how I could get access to my account number for income verification that I needed and she laughed at me saying I should have that information and hung up on me. Unbelievable. I've banked here for over 10 years and that's the service I get.
