Dependable has been servicing my home for over 7 years and has always done exemplary work. What strikes me as not the norm is that some of their employees are still on staff since the day I established service with them. I've worked off and on over the years with Clifford and am amazed he is still employed by Dependable. While Clifford's hard work and dedication being valued doesn't surprise me as he has always gone above and beyond a general service call, I must say that speaks volumes about Dependable. Obviously, Dependable values and respects good employees and rewards them accordingly to keep them on staff. Kudos to Dependable and Clifford!
great quality security and staff, and very helpful
I have cancelled my service for over 6 months, and this company continues to bill me. I have emailed and called multiple times this continues to be a thorn in my side. Terrible service and most of all terrible customer service.
