I use to not care much for CVS and the way they did business. Within the last year I have never seen a company do a 360 for the better like CVS has, especially the Ringgold, GA store. Their service is excellent and the delivery service is absolutely awesome. The people I talk to there are very knowledgeable, friendly and are very good at keeping customers safe. Personally I love CVS in Ringgold, GA and thank you for your hard and diligent working during this pandemic.

I went to the mountains for Valentine's and ran off and left all my meds sitting on the table,i was very upset ,i had never done this before and i knew i needed my meds I called the CVS in pigeon forge Tennessee and talked to someone by the name of Brian, he was very understanding and helpful, he told me to give him an hour and he would get me a couple days of meds for me, and he did Thank God for CVS and Brian
Great phone experience with a pharmacists here. I had been searching for covid information from other stores for over an hour, Walmart staff are ignorant and literally do not know anything about services and products they sell, not even the services offered concerning the covid testing they claim to offer. Nikki, a pharmacist at this CVS answered all my questions quickly and completely and knew what she was talking about! She seemed to care a great deal about helping me and is very knowledgeable about CVS products and services. Thank you Ms. Nikki for being a pro!
Horribly slow, treats customers terribly. Used them for many years as their service gradually declined. Switched to Walgreens and should’ve done it years ago. It is night and day in terms of service. I was floored. They refused to fill a prescription I was written right after getting out of the hospital for surgery. Went to Walgreens and no problem.
Worst pharmacy EVER!! I drop off my prescription off they tell me I have to wait a whole week to get it. They filled last month on the 13 th. But this month I have to wait til the 22nd. Yall playing with peoples health and life
They didn't have one med I was shopping for and the one I did get had expired 2/19. Now I know why it was on sale. Over a year expired and they are still selling it!
Everyone in the pharmacy deserves a huge round of applause and huge raises. They have to put up with the most rudest customers ever. Unless you’ve worked the job before and you know what goes on behind that counter than you need to shut up. Take your rants and tantrums else where!
Absolutely horrible customer service in the pharmacy. They are always so rude and no help at all. It takes forever to get prescriptions (IF THEY EVEN HAVE THEM)!!! My daughter has the flu and still (after waiting since 10:30 and it now being 1:30) they can’t find her prescription in the system. I’ve checked with our pediatrician twice and they’ve sent it. I will work to get this last prescription and then I am done with this place for good. They should be ashamed of themselves for being so rude to a mother with such a sick child (who has her mask on) in the passenger seat!!!!!!!!
