I sat in line for 10 minutes before I even got to the speaker. When I got my food, I was handed my card, the receipt was put in the bag, and sent on my way. Would've been nice had I been asked if I wanted any horsey sauce. Would've been nice to hear have a nice day or thank you. Nope! Here's your food, please leave. The worse part, the person in working the window name badge said general manager.

Great place! I'm so glad this new Arby's is so awesome. Ringgold definitely deserved a decent food place, and this is definitely it! Service is always fast, never had to wait more than 5 minutes for food. My order has always been correct and always a good temperature. There's constantly someone cleaning the dinning area so it's fresh and clean all the time. If you're looking for a good place to eat in Ringgold, this is the place to go!
My wife tried the Market Deep Fried turkey sandwich with cranberry sauce Yummy and I had the large roast beef sandwich. Like always great.
I give stars even though they screwed up our order and we had to come back twice. The guy at the counter was super polite and apologized. I appreciate those who admit their errors and treat customers with respect. I hope the guy sees this message.
Ordered a buffolo chicken sandwich plain, got a sandwich with buffolo sauce and a ton of mayo. No receipt was in the bag to confirm my order, and fries were spilled all in the bag. Not a good first experience for this arby's.
