Complicated, on the one hand it’s a great shop and I don’t not want to shop here. But I want to come and do a monthly shop though, I don’t shop daily/weekly. When you do a huge shop (which I’ve done 3 times now) the staff two times have been angry that I can’t pack quickly enough. And the other shoppers are annoyed that you are taking the only til open. You’d imagine a shop wanting to keep customers who spend 2-3000 a month. But no, I come away anxious and without packing anything with care because I’m feeling so bad about the experience.
