So I ordered a iced coffee and asked for a hot cup when the tender Matt or something was done taking my order I was putting my wallet away and he said your coffee will be over there so I was like okay whatever then when it popped up I didn't have my hot cup and I said something and he was at the order taking booth and said very abruptly your hot cup is over here now I'm not a picky person but you don't have to inform me about where the lines are neither give me a hot cup with no sip peel win thing on it idk how that works but the attitude was annoying and I know first hand customer service is first priority

If I could put 0 stars I would. This location is always the worst of all locations I got to. At least the location in Fitzwilliams has changed a bit for the better. No "good morning " no receipt, no correct order, and plenty of attitude when having to fix their mistakes. Save yourself the hassle and just go to gourmet.
Delightful experience! Fun, Enthusiastic counter help and pleasant assistant manager! Will be back to next Gen dunks!!
Dunkin is hit or miss... sometimes their coffee is overly sweet. The food is too over processed to enjoy.
We got sub's from the sub shop inside Dunkin' Donuts. They were very good! The groceries (milk and eggs) are outrageously priced. I will only stop there for sub's.
Great if you like coffee and pastries.
Sometimes it's good, other times it's not. I wish they made mochas like Starbucks with the steamed milk.
The coffee and French cruller donuts were fine. However, the restroom situation was peculiar. You had to ask permission to use the restroom. Must be a high crime area or something. And the manager in charge of giving permission do not seem very friendly when asked permission either. Very unusual Dunkin Donuts! I am glad they are all not like that one (Fitchburg Massachusetts).
