I go there all the time. I love the drinks and cookies.The employees are nice they help people who can't read what they want. So I am giving Starbucks five star.

2 out of 3 times, the drinks are not up to par. Generally get negative reactions whenever asked to make it right....today's white chocolate mocha tasted lake hot sweet water with whip cream and sprinkles? Never have they've put sprinkles....I didn't drink it. Last week I ordered a strawberry acai refresher, light ice light water. It was watered down, again.....did not drink it. I'll continue to go out of my way to the one on 17, they always get it right!

Pleasant atmosphere and staff is always friendly! I love my favorites, which are the Java chip frap, caramel macchiato and passion tea. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because they discontinued their popular yogurt blueberry muffin and now have a different blueberry muffin with sugared topping. It does not hold a candle to the first, and I was disappointed to learn they no longer serve it. It was one of the main baked goods I used to order, and the best blueberry muffin I've ever had. I'm going to miss it!
They usaully have good attitudes unless there is any kind of issue (that you normally run into at work) loading cards, big orders, etc. They seem to get frustrated very easily. Your drink never turns out the same because one puts 4 pumps & one 6 pumps & one 3 pumps, they are not trained properly. They need proper customer service training and training on making drinks correctly.
