Nobody working at 1045pm? Nobody Would answer. Left and went somewhere else UPDATE: Tried Sonic again hoping for better outcome.. Janurary 27th 1045. No slushie or sonic blast because machine down. In fact \the whole front of the house is down.\ No lettuce, tomato or pickles because \it is frozen.\ Really?? Frozen produce???? Never again will I be back at your business. I hope it goes under!
There was one employee working there this morning and two weeks ago when I went for breakfast. Two weeks ago the Iced Coffee was terrible and terribly mixed but I didn't care because the service was good and the young lady at the window was super nice. Today the Iced coffee was worse but mixed better. The service was terrible. I ordered and was told well, we are out of tots. I asked for a substitute and was told well, I could do fries I guess. I told her that was fine. I could tell by the tone that she really hoped I would drive away. She didn't smile at all at the window. I could tell she was really not happy at all. It was very discouraging. I will just take the extra time and go elsewhere for breakfast. Also, the cobwebs and mildew at the drive thru along with the disgustingly nasty window pretty much sealed me not going back unless there is a major turn around.
My visit at Sonic was very slow the employees did more talking to each other than helping customers. It used to better I don't know if management change caused them to be slow or they have all new employees either way they are slow at the driver window and ordering from curb side order.
Good place, just their is always some kind of equipment down. Last time I went, only took exact cash, because their card machines were down. We were wondering why they were dead that day.
