I ordered 2 cheese Krystals no cheese and and they left off the pickles and it was cold. Also the bread was broke in half . 2 weeks before I ordered the same the cheese was missing off one and no pickles again. The cheese was in the bottom of the box that time
Drive through was pretty fast. Food was good and hot. We did the pick 5... everything was good. Great place we eat when you want a little snack. The burgers and chicken sammies are so cute... and taste better than White Castle!!! I'd pick Krystal over White Castle any day!!!
Difficulty getting in and out due to location. I had to wait about 13 minutes for my 20 Krystal burgers but they were worth it. Buns were fresh and the burgers tasted great to me and my family. Staff were friendly. I seldom go into Georgia but when I do, I look for the closest Krystals I can find. Good job folks, keep up the good work.
You really cant expect much from this place especially consistency. There are days the service is just so good you actually might leave the store content but most days the employees and management are just rude, unprofessional and SLOW. one day I had to wait 30 minutes for my food and it was not during peak hours. Last thing is that there hasn't been one time in which i came in and the kitchen was clean...expect to see dirty floors and even employees items such as phones and keys right where your food is being prepared.
