Awesome experience with these guys. The technician came out, installed the security system in no time at all and explained all of the features. Taylor Copeland provided great, service and set it all up for me with ease and was in constant contact to ensure it all went smoothly. I'd highly recommend these guys for anyone wanting a high tech, easy to use home security system and for anyone who wants top notch customer service.

After a terrible experience with Vivint it was refreshing to make the switch to Vector. Starting with an in-person walk through of our house by a sales rep Clay to see what would be the best set up at our house to an actual professional installation in a timely fashion and with no damages to our house. Also, thanks to our dogs I can say their monitoring system is also on point. Definitely recommend!
Joe Burns was my sales associate. He was very friendly and professional. Everything he claimed about the company and service so far has been accurate. The installer arrived on time the next day to install everything and I am thus far happy with the set up. I intend to purchase outside cameras in the future with them but the basic set up is enough to have peace of mind.

Brian was great to assist us in our home security, we even used him for our business as well. Mason did the install and he was terrific. The install was very professional and he explained the whole system to both of us. I would recommend this security system to anyone who wants value and great customer service.
