This GameStop is shady!!! Went to purchase a old game because the website said they had 1 in stock. Drove to pick it up and took the game to the counter. The associate proceeded to say that they didn’t have the game and must have been put out by mistake and proceeded to tell me I could purchase the 2021 version. I declined and looked for the game in another system we have (pre-owned version, found one) and what do you know?!? This one too was “mistakenly” placed out and still proceeded to sell me the 2021 version. It’s just the stores scam to get you to buy the newer games. Don’t fall for this trick. Don’t waste your money here.

I went in today about 5 pm for a quick purchase, found a product that I wanted in about 7 minutes, and sat in line for about 20 minutes while the cashier serviced the long line by himself.He was great, courteous, and very helpful but he was set up for failure pretty hard by being staffed to run the store by himself while everyone is coming home from work. He had a great attitude though and I'm throwing few more stars on the pile for such a quality employee.
Just another gamestop. Staff quality is hit or miss. Some of them are very helpful and some totally ignores you. Only thing I don't like about this location is Funko Pop selection. Barely have anything.
As much as the lady at the store was kind and very helpful. The overall experience was bad! Came in on Tuesday as they opened and wanted to get a headset for my 15yr. He had gotten gift cards for this bday. Unfortunately they did not have the headset he wanted and said they could order for us. Also said for 6.00 more the headset would arrive by friday/sat. Today check and said it would not arrive til the 8th of Jan. Came back to cancel the order for as much as it say it's has ships. Was told it's sitting at another shop waiting pick up. Which could be days before its picked up. Smh lady today said she has to bring to the store in order to ship, for they rarely come and pick up. Really sad. If the guy had said something to me about how they ship I would have never ordered and just went to Walmart to get. Giving a 1 star for they need to tell people and be upfront. I do appreciate the lady that help. But frustrating for now we have to wait til the headset gets here to return it. And had to spend more money to get the headset. So please all be aware of how they do their shipping. My son wanted this headset this weekend to play online. Not two weeks later.
I enjoy games a lot, yes GameStop is notorious for not giving good exchange prices or other things along those lines, but I know they are following upper management procedures. For the focus on this location, They have lots of games and greet you as soon as you come in. They explain other deals going on very well, and will help you find anything. Me and my boyfriend enjoy going to gamestop a lot. Thank you!
