We rented two spaces in the \yard\ for our 20' and 26' U-haul trucks for six days when we moved to Rincon in March 2020. We parked them in the yard Friday evening about 7:30 PM. We were charged 20 per truck for the six days and we were told we had to pay in cash only. We paid in cash and on Monday morning we received a call asking if we had taken one of our trucks out of the lot because the manager found glass beside the 26' truck and the 20' filled with furniture and tools was gone. Apparently their \industrial grade\ fencing and lighting wasn't enough to keep someone from breaking into a 20' U-haul truck and driving it off into the night with no one hearing a thing. They don't even have cameras. Would advise everyone to go somewhere else.
Didn't rent anything! the lady at the front desk was extremely rude. Bad upkeep as well.
Nicest lady in the would, Ms Genie, manages this facility and does a great job. I highly recommend it!
