This location is a dropoff only, called to ask for a simple test on my equipment, they said no problem. I arrived at location to find this is a dropoff only, and would have to either wait for pickup or go to Savannah for service. Edit: Joel, the CEO reached out to me directly, he respectfully wanted to resolve my issue. Not really any way to resolve this in my eyes, however their dedication to happy clientele has earned a better review in my eyes.
