What a painful website they have. Creating a new account is a nightmare. I try to buy local but how can I not go to Amazon when local companies have such an awful web page?

Customer Service and knowledge of what they sell is severely lacking. Spend your hard earned dollars elsewhere, they do not care if you buy form them or not.
Great customer service, they can find/source most anything. Sometimes hard goods can come slowly as they are coming from the E.U. and there seems to be some hurdles to get equipment here. The online catalogue needs major help, the photos need to actually enlarge when you click on them with much higher resolution and search ability improved. Would be nice if they carried more culture lines.
