Took my 2015 Tundra in as I was having sensor issues. Took the front of staff and extremely knowledgeable mechanic to diagnose and repair my vehicle in a space of an hour. Changed my oil and repaired backup sensor and applicable filters. I have undeniably found my auto centre and mechanic.. Never been more pleased with their professionalism and amazing rates.. They are much more trusty.... Jehovah's Witness run this place, if your witness, good place to get fix here... than other places getting rip. Trust is a must when it comes to fixing.. this one is my go to.
Everybody at Pitstop is friendly and easy to deal with, and they go the extra mile whenever they can to help you out. They are very fair with their pricing and they do good work. If I have any vehicle issues, I try to take it to them if at all possible, despite them being farther away from me than some other shops. They can also get and install whatever performance parts you might want.
Great staff, they're super friendly and helpful. It's always a good time stopping by for another part for the car. From aftermarket to original manufacturer they either have it or are willing to get it in. Have yet to have any issues on getting my parts shipped in. Great place to get parts, they're the only ones I go to in town.
By far the best customer service in central Alberta, they have gone above and beyond to help me out on several occasions, a family business worth supporting.

I was stuck out in the Bush, had to get truck towed into rimbey, called them late morning, they brought a starter in from red deer and got the truck at 2pm, by 4pm I got a call it was done, outstanding service and great people to deal with, fair price and friendly, if I lived in rimbey this would be the place to go to!!
