Severely disappointed by all aspects of the service I've received. Firstly, the food was ordered at 7.45pm (we were given a delivery estimate of 8.25-8.45pm). By 9.30pm food still hadn't arrived, and the restaurant would not answer the phone. Secondly, when the food did arrive (at 10pm), three items were missing, all food was cold. Finally, when we called to complain, and eventually did get through to the restaurant, they were incomprehensibly rude - picked up the phone but actively ignored us as they continued to have a conversation between themselves. Considering many people are avoiding supermarkets due to covid (in my case), or mandatory isolating, I think it's abysmal service. Would not use again, and strongly advise against anyone else risking it. Thoroughly ruined our evening.

We ordered a takeaway from here for the first time. Matar Paneer was good , naan is not the best naan but ok.Papdi chaat was really nice that we ordered as a starter.So overall satisfied, will order again.
Would give 0 if I could. Missing food, burnt food, 2 hours late... Can't even get through on the phone to get an update after 40 attempts. Do not waste your money.
Ordered from Rikshaw a lot and never been disappointed. Food is simply great (chili chicken!). The friendly staff deliver themselves and delivery is always quick. Take any negative reviews with a pinch of salt, this place is awesome.
Ordered food from this place, chicken in the mixed platter was undercook/raw. Other dishes are very mediocre. Do NOT recommend.
