I am absolutely appalled by the service I received from TUI and I will never travel with them again, neither will any of my colleagues who work in the tourism industry. My flight was 'cancelled' at the last minute and I was forced to book a new flight with a more reputable airline, which cost me twice as much. I arrived at the airport for my new flight, which was on the same date as my original flight with TUI, and was surprised to see that my flight had not been cancelled at all, instead my seat was given away to someone with a higher priority as they had booked a package deal and not just a flight. This is disgusting that TUI have a tier system for their customers! Despite numerous attempts to contact TUI I have not yet been able to speak with anyone about this situation, instead I have received n automated email with a link to a voucher... At let you haven't lost your sense of humour! If you think I would ever travel with TUI again after the way I was treated then you have another thing coming. I am aware that this situation occurred in very difficult circumstances but that does not mean that you can operate outside of the law, I expect a full refund, plus the difference which I had to pay for my new flight. Lying to customers is disgusting and to think you can operate outside the law makes me sick when you had no issue to leave me stranded. Get your act together TUI!!!! I shall be pressing legal charges if this issue is not resolved promptly, and I m sure you would not like any bad press in the global media. I look forward to hearing from you.

Wat een ongelofelijk drama om hier gewoon je geld terug te krijgen waar je recht op hebt.. Heeft bijna EEN JAAR geduurd!!
Het TUI hoofdkantoor. Mooi gebouw van binnen maar ook van buiten. Hier een rondleiding gehad. Aardig personeel.
Eindelijk na 8 maanden mijn geld van de voucher terug. Ik heb hierbij zelfs de rechtsbijstand in moeten schakelen. Dit voor iemand die 20 jaar vaste klant was. Contact met deze firma lis zeer moeilijk en leidt tot niets. Klanten worden niet serieus genomen. Alles bij deze firma draait om eigen belang en financieel gewin.
