With the company restructuring in May 2015 and the establishment of separate entities for both products, i-Optics B.V. became a holding company without operational activities or employees. In January 2018, Cassini B.V. went bankrupt (and restarted in February 2018 as Cassini-Technologies B.V.) and is no longer part of the i-Optics group. EasyScan B.V.
