Absolute nightmare customer service. Don't sign up!! Pay an extra 5 a month for another gym and avoid 100 in debt!! No number you can call and endless chatbot talk unless you say some magic words. You only get a phone number when you're late on a payment, and then if you have a non-payment question they go \u200d️ "can't help you, talk to a chatbot" The contract is all about skinning you and bleeding you dry, the customer service will lie about being able to cancel no problem. Absolute terrible, worst experience I've ever had. I'd rather pay more for a gym than ever do this months long ordeal again.

They're great at taking money from your account, but terrible at communicating. You cannot call them, they ignore social media messages, and the live chat on their website (during office hours!) just says they're too busy right now and to try again later. So now I NEED to go into one of their Corona infested sweat-shops to cancel my subscription, or they'll take 100s of euros of my account for a service I don't want to use? Completely irresponsible.

Fijne plek om te trainen. Veel en afwisselende apparatuur.
Inschrijven zo gedaan, maar je abonnement opzeggen bij deze keten .. Pfff wat een gedoe zeg! Iedereen daar heeft wel zo zijn eigen verhaal en verantwoording hoe dat moet gebeuren.
