Well designed and sturdy solution for securing our hand hewn mantle. The non dimensional nature of the beam required extra setup to ensure it would be level once mounted. It came out perfect using the optional drilling plate and router guide.

These brackets are great. I used them to install 42" long x 10" deep x 2" thick solid white oak shelves. I've used them for previous projects as well and would not choose anything else.
Great product. We hung 2 glu-lam beam shelves each 3.5" x 18" x 9'. they held the weight (90#) just fine.
