Was married 5 years ago, and still have not received our finished wedding album. Do not pay full up front like we did! While friendly to interact with, and everything seemed good, the principal photographer unexpectedly didn't show at the wedding, instead sending his assistants (who were nice to work with, so no complaints towards them - advanced notice would have been nice though.) After that, further contact has been difficult and now impossible, to get a response on. Took months to see the proofs (provided as small thumbnails). By year after the wedding, we agreed to the sample layout and contents of the album. Have heard NOTHING from them since, and all attempts to reach out have been ignored. The only contractor from an otherwise amazing wedding that I wouldn't recommend, which is sad.
