July 2019 - I had a terrible experience getting a blood draw done at this CLSC. The secretary is disorganized and very inexperienced at her job. The right documents/tags were not prepared when I got there for the appointment, even though I had clearly shown all my documentation/blood draw needs when I made the appointment. (You have to go in person to make your appointment, as you can't over the phone, since you need to show you papers in advance as to why you need a blood draw). The secretary asked me to remind her to open a certain file when I came in next... (I had to remind her?!) The day of my appointment the nurse had to keep calling back the secretary into the room to tell her she didn't have the right papers for what I needed and the secretary said kept saying, 'oh yah, I had to do that. I'll do it now.' In the end, my documentation was not filled out properly and signed. When I tried to schedule my next blood draw since I was already at the location and the date I needed it done was predetermined, she was so confused and said I couldn't and would have to come back...even though I had all the information in my hand!!! I left extremely frustrated and will never use this CLSC for a blood draw again.

Terrible customer service at times... I suppose there are good and bad experiences everywhere... Regardless it is not acceptable to tell a person that other people need mental health services MORE than you do and to be turned away because you are too busy or overcrowded with patients waiting to see a psychologist. Very bad mental health support and resources.

La personne qui repond ne veux pas prendre de rendez-vous au téléphone elle demande de faxer ou envoyer un courriel mais quand tu lui demande le courriel elle te repond de racrocher et suive les options du message daceuil complètement redicule
