We took a Groupon deal in December last year and booked for a VIP stay for April 2020. Unfortunately the lock down prevented us to go. They never bothered trying to keep us posted about our booking. When we decided to call to book again (we tried many times as they would never answer) , they were very unfriendly on the phone, particularly if you don't speak Dutch and you only speak either French or English. We received a notification from Groupon to tell us that our deal was now valid until December 2020 but they told me on the phone that they would not accept it after the end of October. I would not bother trying to book if you had a deal with Groupon or if you don't speak Dutch! Terrible service! There are better spa/hotel/catering in Belgium where people are extremely friendly and accommodating, particularly during a pandemic.

Average at very best! The room was big enough and had a nice terrasse but not even a desk nor correct bedside tables or TV (this one is probably older than me!) or even a fridge! We had a special room that includes the chance to meet the owner’s sister, whose door is right between your room and bathroom... The restaurant has fair prices, aligned with the quit low global quality. Service is well though! Wellness space is awesome! We were just unluncky to have the jacuzzi and the hammam closed. Massages are definitely to avoid. 54 for being simply rubbed during 45’ ain’t a fair price. Honestly we had a good time but for that price, I can give you a dozen of better adresses in Belgium.

Modern, right next to the main road, honest Belgian food for a fair price. Safe choice when you are in the area.
