Having organised trips for my friends and I for the last 6 years skiing we thought it was time to try Austria.. usually we would avoid a ski bus commute but I have to say the trip and free bus from Ried to Serfaus is soooo easy and relaxed that it would be madness to pay Serfaus prices when you can be in a beautiful village with Outstanding accommodation. We had 3 apartments, all were fully (very) equipped and beautifully clean, spacious and communication with the owners was super easy and very, very friendly.. We are a picky bunch but to conclude... we had booked our second year before we had left ! Don’t hesitate, these apartments have been some of the best and highest standard accommodation I have arranged in years ... superb !

We couldn't recommend this place enough. The location is great, quiet, yet very central and within access of many attractions. The apartment is equipped with everything you could ever need on holiday and is really well thought out. It's also spotless and the owners are very kind and helpful. We will be back!
Bergkristal is a lovely apartment and very spacious and the landlady speaks excellent English and is really nice and helpful. Ried is a lovely town and we were close to the supermarket, bakery and great restaurants. It is a shame there is only 1 toilet. The other issue we had was not the Thoni’s fault but being right next to a church that rings the bells every 15 minutes throughout the night, including a massive fanfare at 6am every single morning. The lighter sleepers amongst our party (ie me) had many disturbed nights sleep, but eventually got used to it. I can’t understand why a church would sound bells overnight!

Very nice and clean place to stay. Ideal for a big family or a group of friends. A convenience store 20m away and a bakery across the street. We really liked that the house has a place to dit and wat but also has a nice place to sit down and watch the television. Also stops the bus that takes you to one of the wintersports areas that are also beautiful.
We stayed in the Bernstein apartment, which was a beautiful apartment to stay in. It is a great apartment for large groups, with four seperate bedrooms and a large living/dining area and kitchen. It is conviently located only a couple of minutes walk to the free bus up to Fiss, and with a convienience store and bakery next door.

Super Wohnung. Waren bereits zum zweiten mal als Gruppe dort. Die Wohnung ist sauber und alles was man braucht vorhanden. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Egal ob Supermarkt, Bäcker, Restaurants, Bergbahn und Freibad, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Echt TOP !! Werden sicher wieder kommen.
