We have a variety storage units in multiple storage post locations and I was inquiring about information on my account and got the chance to speak to a women named Dara. She was extremely patient and amazingly polite. I just wanted to thank you Dara!!

There has been multiple times, including earlier this week, where I’ve needed to load & unload items from my company’s unit after office hours, only to arrive at the loading dock to find it entirely full of people using it as their personal auto body shop. These people have been maskless, and kept their vehicles running, WITH THE DOORS CLOSED, which is completely unacceptable; allowing the risk for Covid and Carbon Monoxide buildup. Please deal with these customers who make it difficult to a ridiculous level to access the garage.
