They are very nice people and did quite a bit of work for us. While most of it went well, we had a lot of problems when they installed a shower mixer. 1) when they installed the rough in for the shower mixer, they did not account for the thickness of the tiles in the shower. While this was fixed, it delayed my contractor who wanted to put in the tiles. 2) When Robert Williams installed the shower mixer, it was extremely crooked (see picture), 3) when they tried to straightened it, they broke the pipe behind but didn't notice. 4) When they came back, they told us they had to take down the new tiles (break them) to fix it. 5) While they were able somehow fix the leak without taking down the new tiles, they did not clean up afterwards and the shower mixer was full of grease. Again, they did other work too for us and we did not have any problems - but that one job was really bad.
Great service and great price. Arrived on time worked quickly and were extremely professional. We couldn't be happier with both their work and the price.
